how can I transfer adobe 9.0 from one computer to another?

hi experts,

 i have an old laptop which I have adobe 9.0 installed and licensed. I got a new laptop and need to knwo if there is a way for me to move over this software ? How can I make that happen?

Not without the original disc
Adobe .... what is this? There's lots of different Adobe products
There may be a download available if you don't have the disc

ok, once I get adobe acrobat installed on the new laptop is there an easy way to export/import the digital signatures?
