Have two Windows 2003R2 servers that will no longer be supported by 2015. Very fast still...what do I do with them?

Hello,
Have two still fast Windows 2003 servers, a Dell 2850, a Dell 2950. Both with Windows 2003 R2 loaded on them. What do you suggest I do with them? One server is five years old, the other eight. They have been excellent servers and still fully functional...except a bit slow but not too bad. Any tips would be appreciated.
Thanks,
DT

Depending on resources (i.e. memory cpu) i would install the freebie version of esxi and use it as a test box / dev box

If they support virtualization (x64 with virtualization feature) then they could be used for virtualized environments or test environments.  If they are 32-bit systems or x64 without virtualization extensions then I would treat them as door stoppers.
