My OS is win 7 prof 64 bit and I have MSN email, the free account.  I use Outlook 2007 or thru the web using either IE or Torch web browser to read my emails.  Occasionally I get a spam pest who keeps bombarding me with his emails even though I have blocked his email in Outlook 2007.  But it seems to get thru no matter what, I am not sure whether I have blocked too many emails to make this email feature effective.  I used to see a feature in the MSN web page by right clicking and then selecting "block this sender".  But i do not see this feature anymore either when viewed thru Torch or IE 11.  How can I block his email from getting into my msn email account permanently.    He has an outlook.com account. Thank u for your suggestions.

Is your MSN email via Outlook, com?  If it is, Microsoft has a detailed list of spam control for Outlook.com.  They also suggest using the smart screen filter but that is for websites.

http://www.microsoft.com/security/online-privacy/spam-prevent.aspx

I have an Outlook.com account (it comes from my Hotmail account before Microsoft bought it) and I do not get any spam in my inbox. It all goes to junk.

Also, just looking at an email in there (not spam), I can right click and mark it as spam.
