My OS is win 7 prof 64 bit and I have MSN email, the free account. &nbsp;I use Outlook 2007 or thru the web using either IE or Torch web browser to read my emails. &nbsp;Occasionally I get a spam pest who keeps bombarding me with his emails even though I have blocked his email in Outlook 2007. &nbsp;But it seems to get thru no matter what, I am not sure whether I have blocked too many emails to make this email feature effective. &nbsp;I used to see a feature in the MSN web page by right clicking and then selecting &quot;block this sender&quot;. &nbsp;But i do not see this feature anymore either when viewed thru Torch or IE 11. &nbsp;How can I block his email from getting into my msn email account permanently. &nbsp; &nbsp;He has an outlook.com account.
