Does Microsoft wdm image capture (win32) support for windows 7 & 8 ?

I am using video capture application and using Microsoft wdm image capture (win32) . It was developed in .net framework 2.0. Does it support for windows 7 & 8 ?

The video and audio stack changed in Vista and above.  .net 2 is supported if the client installs .net 3.5 about all I can say definitely is that it may work just fine or it may not work and need to be recompiled to work..
