in the pages footer:
<script src="JavaScriptJS/date.js" type="text/javascript">
            </script>


it puts the date 02/25/14
what is wrong ?

I just looked.  Your javascript on your site does not say "07/19/2014", it says "02/25/2014" so it's working right.  However you're putting that date in there isn't though.
