able to boot windows 2008 r2 installation but not able run anything once inside the os with login id

checked in safemode reinstalled sp1 by uninstalling all activities done in safe mode .  have done msconfig and disabled all non ms services.  now able to boot properly and widows update going on

for mstsc you have to configure authentication type (network preauthentication  or every rdp-client), allowed users, ...
for remote access to the server you have to configure the firewall.
if you choose to disable the firewall you have to configure this firewall setting, but never stop/disable the firewall service.

are you really unable to start an app? (calc.exe / notepad.exe also?)
are there some messages if you try to start you app?

everything works fine when i have  disabled all non microsoft services.  once server up have tried  to update server again was freezed after restart at applying changes.
hardbooted again then in safe mode disabled windows module installer service. after disabling  updated server again.
then after restart  again enabled  module installer service . seems everhing working but trying to check the issue by enabling other services one by one still not sure if issue resolved or not

now able to do remote mstsc also  and everyghing working but still need to check if enable all services which were non ms and disabled then do i get same issue. need to check by enabling one by one.
