How do I make a Duplicate WordPress Site one in English and one in Spanish?

I am making a WordPress site for my client. I am going to need to duplicate the pages I have made in English and make them Spanish. How would I do it so It works like this site? all you have to do is click on the link in the header and you go to

You get what you pay for with plugins.  There are free options available but none of them are as well-designed or supported as WPML

Use the WPML plugin:

It will automatically create duplicate content areas for your posts and pages and also has the ability to replace menus and widgets.  You can use manual or machine-based translations.
