Currently, I am using Window 2003 standard with 4GB memory and 14 application Pools in the server. I am thinking to add more Application Pools. Currently memory utilization was 3.5 GB. By Adding additional application pool, memory allocation for each application pool will be reduce ? or there is no limit for CPU for each application Pool and w3wp.exe shows as of current utilization ?

Hi

You can add as many apppools as you want, this will not affect memory usage.
The webservices attached to this apppool IS consuming memory so you need to check this.
