is there a cheap quick way of building webpage with php

I know how to run queries with php files on my website but I donot know how to take the returned data and do anything with it. are there any chap or free tools that will enable me to create simple report in a webpage?

Extract the zip to a folder in your root.
Then load the index page in your browser e.g.
http://www.mysite.com/reportico_folder/index.php

Read thru the quickstart guide here
http://www.reportico.org/swsite/site/doc/reportico/tutorial_reportico.quickstart.pkg.html
