Hi,

we went through an upgrade from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2013 and now applications are very slow to relay through the app relay connector.

I have changed the -MaxAcknowledgementDelay to 0 and it didn't make any difference, although i didn't restart the transport service.

I have seen other sites recommending to change TarpitInterval also...

Did you change the tarpit interval? It needs to be done, and then restart the transport service.
