Cannot setup cakephp on mac x os [locally]

Hello everybody,
Trying to setup cake php locally on mac x os. But getting an error. Do anybody have any ideas how to solve this issue?

Just try to uncomment the line "date_default_timezone_set"  in /app/config/core.php.

//date_default_timezone_set('UTC');

Issue is fixed.
Problem was with the permissions (have to be writable) to:
/tmp/cache
/tmp/logs
