Watching Video in Google Chrome Audio Only

Hello Experts,

I have a couple users experiencing some strange behavior watching videos using Google Chrome. On a specific internal site they have two categories of videos.  It appears that category 1 play just fine but when they try to open videos from category 2 they are only getting the audio.  I'm seeing this behavior with 3 users.  Other users are not seeing this behavior.  The video files are MP4 and they can open other video sites with no issues like youtube.com etc.  Need some tips on troubleshooting this issue.  Is there  a way to see any errors in chrome that might point me to the cause?  The systems are all running Windows 7 64 bit Pro.  Thanks.

You can try this:

Open Google Chrome and copy and paste the following into the address bar:

go to - chrome://flags/

Scroll down and find "disable hardware accelerated video", and enable it.

Close then re-open Chrome and test.

Thanks I'll give that a look.  We were able to get one working correctly again by running a system restore to a point before the last Windows updates were installed.  We checked other systems that aren't having the issue and those updates are installed so not sure if it was the updates that caused the issue or another change before that restore point.  Thanks for the help.
