Hi,

My friend recently bought an ipad mini and Itunes on computer says 13,74 G in size for tracks but it's not working to store those in iPad Air 16G wifi + cell.

He is able to store in his iphone 5 16 G.

What to do?

Regards.

On a 16 G iPad mini, I would be very surprised of you have much more than 5 G available for music!

Connect your iPad min to your PC - iTunes should fire up automatically.

Click on the iPad button (upper righthand) in the iTunes window and you will see how much memory you have:  iPad Memory
