how to create and xls spreadsheet with 400 unique password and then email each user only their password

I apologize for the cryptic subject. This is what i am hoping to do. We recently moved to a new email scanning vendor. While they do sync with our AD, they also want us to assign all of our users a "cloud password" just in case AD sync fails for some reason. They need us to upload an xls spreadsheet with specific columns (First and last name, email address, password, etc). I can easily fill out that spreadsheet. Where i am having the problem is creating a column with a unique password for each user and then the ability to email users individually with only their password.

I was hoping someone would have some suggestions.

Do you have restrictions as to what the password has to contain?  Uppercase, lowercase, numbers, special characters, minimum length, max length, etc.?

In a quick example, you can use VBA code in Excel to generate random passwords
Public Function RandomizeF(Num1 As Integer, Num2 As Integer)

Dim Rand As String
Application.Volatile
getLen = Int((Num2 + 1 - Num1) * Rnd + Num1)
Do
i = i + 1
Randomize
Rand = Rand & Chr(Int((85) * Rnd + 38))
Loop Until i = getLen
RandomizeF = Rand
End Function

Then, you can use mail-merge with Exchange\Outlook to automatically email the passwords to the users.

You can also use the trial of KuTools for Excel which is fully functional for 45 days.  It does password generation.
