Dear Experts,

I have installed chinese window 7 version for a long but that is NOT  what I want at the beginning
for installation. Now how can I get English version to replace  existing chinese version of window 7
by simple change or download. Since a lot of database is already on my window 7 computer, I would like to  switch it to English version with safe and free

Full download English window 7 version from MS is not good because of cost or pay

Please advise

If you have Win 7 Ultimate or Enterprise you can change the DISPLAY language (not the system files) using the procedure given in this reference.

Is this what you want?

No the above link will not likely work for Home Advanced.
Again, is changing the DISPLAY language what you want?
This third party program--Vistalizator-- may do it for you.

I do not understand your last post.  I have already said that the above link will not likely work for Win 7 Home Advanced.

After checking on internet, it is "Home Premium"
So I may need to upgrade to Professiona and Ultimate version.
