Office 365 & Localized Exchange 2010 Free Busy Issue

We are a global Exchange 2010 company and recently started migrating some user as a Pilot to Office 365.  We have found that Free Busy is very inconsistent between users that have migrated to the Cloud and localized Exchange users.

The Free Busy doesn't get updated to show availability.

Any ideas?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

One quick clarification. Is this configured as a Hybrid setup? What's the final goal.

We've gone through the troubleshooting and the issue seems to point to our autodiscover which has been narrowed down to possibly being our UAG implementation.  Anything else we can try?

Gareth GudgerCommented:
Hmm. I am not familiar with UAG.

Try running the autodiscover test from exrca.com. Post the results here.
