Cisco Softphone
I am planning to install Cisco Soft phone on my desktop instead of using Physical Cisco IP Phone.
For my Cisco IP Phone it is part of the voice VLAN. But if i install it in my desktop the soft phone is there anyway i can have my softphone to be part of voice vlan so that voice qos can be applied to it.
What is the normal practice followed when softphone is installed in the desktop. How QOS related things are considered so that there is no problem with the voice traffic & quality.
