Hi,

I am running Windows 8.1 Pro on a 8inch Asus Tablet and a Apple Iphone and can sync with the Inbox while outside the network but the subfolders does not sync up. Is there a setting to make it work? I am connecting to my exchange server by remote.domain.com.au. Emails is working properly.

Also is that the same with tasks?

Thanks

Seems to be a change setting on IOs:

Should be the same for tasks as well because for syncing devices its only a folder with mails or tasks, there is no difference between.

Hi Wilder

Ok will check that out. And the Windows devices? Is there another setting for them as the subfolders do not even show up.

Oh well active Sync is a molloch. I can only say this error is a client problem. On the tab i do not know the setting. Or even if its working. There are so many opinions about.

I will give you an advice and i do not know if its helping. If you are using exchange use only ms clients. Your exchange admin will thank you.

So you mean do not use the Iphone and just use Windows clients?

short answer YES. There are so many effects with non ms clients that you will have all the time work with. Not in the beginning but when you run them. For example suddenly the meeting request you accept by iphone are never done and so on.
