Can't send email to domain vodafone.com

Hi,
I've a SBS 2003 with Exchange Server 2003, the exchange server have connectors created which point to the followm addresses:
relay.net.vodafone.pt and 195.232.244.5.
When try sending emails to an email address wich ends with @vodafone.com it receives the follow error:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Description:
This is an SMTP protocol error log for virtual server ID 1, connection #48. The remote host "195.232.244.5", responded to the SMTP command "rcpt" with "554 5.7.1 <rolloncell.com[93.108.248.14]>: Client host rejected: Access denied  ". The full command sent was "RCPT TO:<Joao.Carreta@vodafone.com>  ".  This will probably cause the connection to fail.

Description:

Causes: This message indicates that the sender was denied access or general access was denied.    
Solution: Check system privileges and attributes for the contact and retry sending the message.

I don't made any change on my configuration.
If anyone can help me solve this issue, i would apprecciate.

Its looks like 554 5.7.1 : Recipient address rejected: USER IS SUSPENDED
