Dear Experts,

We have Exchange Server 2010 running, and when our users try to use the password ( not expired ) from OWA via Option, he/she gets "403 - Forbidden: Access is denied" error.  I have checked on the SSL certificate, and it shows that it is properly installed.
Please advise.

Changing the password using OWA has to be allowed. It is not a SSL Certificate issue.

Dear Mr. Carr,
Thank you for a quick response, after reading up on these functions, I am not sure if I have to use IISADMPWD virtual directory or not.  Would you please direct me to how I can just enable password change from OWA?
