Centricity 10 published though remoteapp

I have a Server2008 R2 setup with RDS and trying to publish CPS10 ( Centricity Practice Solutions 10 ) via remote app, I have tried msi, RDP, using the site url for an argument and still when i install it on the HP T510 thin client ( or even the actual TS it self ) and go to launch it i get the standard "continue" security screen like any RDP, then im asked if i want to run the file, the path being the UNC back to the exe, and i hit run then nothing.  If anyone has any exp with CPS and RemoteApp i would be much greatful for some guidance. thanks !

Figured it out, publish internet explorer, then use the site url as the augment.
