Using SSIS for it is not a good approach imho. Cause it is quite complex. Using lots of different objects and it requires also a sophisticated error handling.

Afaik, there is no ready to use package out there.

The things you need to know: AdWords API.

Caveat: The API changes 3 or 4 times a year. Older version are discontinued often after 9 or even 6 months. So this requires a permantent effort to keep it running.

You should start with the ready to use .NET Client Library.
You may use it to either create a console application, a Windows Service or even a collection of .NET CLR procedures to retrieve the data.

So in short: it requires definitly some .NET development.
