cannot receive emails from a deteled ruled folder recipient...

I had a recipient with a rule that would send all his email a ruled folder. I then deleted the folder to restore the recipient back to my inbox, but I never receive any email from him. Any suggestion?

I did the next day and noticed that the email was being received. Sorry!!! It is working now. But thank you for your reply.
