Which version of Exchange 2010 should I get

I have a client who is running SBS 2003 and wants to migrate to Server 2008 R2 and Exchange 2010. Which version of Exchange 2010 should he get. Enterprise or standard? 20 users OWA and mobile support needed.

If I get Standard do I have to purchase CAL's or does it support the 20 or so users I need.
