Some emails are not downloading correctly in Outlook 2010. &nbsp;When this happens, the subject and from are both blank and the contents has random characters. &nbsp;I looked at one of the incorrectly downloaded emails at the Email Server's website and it was correct. &nbsp;Also, another employee received the same email to her Outlook and it downloaded correctly, and when I forwarded the email from her computer to the computer that's having the problem, the problematic computer downloaded the same email incorrectly once again. &nbsp;How can I fix this problem? &nbsp;What makes this email different than all the other ones that were downloaded correctly? &nbsp;Do I need to change an option in Outlook?

Some emails are not downloading correctly in Outlook 2010.  When this happens, the subject and from are both blank and the contents has random characters.  I looked at one of the incorrectly downloaded emails at the Email Server's website and it was correct.  Also, another employee received the same email to her Outlook and it downloaded correctly, and when I forwarded the email from her computer to the computer that's having the problem, the problematic computer downloaded the same email incorrectly once again.  How can I fix this problem?  What makes this email different than all the other ones that were downloaded correctly?  Do I need to change an option in Outlook?
