If this is even possible, how do I go about copying or moving a user's outlook 2010 emails from the user's outlook inbox to a file server share on another server.

you can actually just copy and paste them there but I wouldn't recommend that. Create a .pst (personal file) in Outlook and copy the emails into the personal folder and copy the folder there.
Whats the purpose though?
