did you enable the remote debugger? That spurious connection is something that would have me wondering about the source of the installation software.

I never enabled remote debugger. I just downloaded Visual Studio 2013 from Microsoft and re-installed it. Unknown session comes already during installation process - exactly same number 7a78855482a04...
Does remote debugger gets activated during installation? Is there way to remove it?

Thank You

I have resolved the issue.
This only happens in Windows 8.1 when UAC is disabled (I had previously disabled UAC from registry).
After I re-enabled UAC strange session went away.
Maybe Visual Studio 2013 requires protected user mode, and since it cannot find it, it creates its own session

I was wrong, issue comes back after remote desktop re-enabled.
I did clean windows install on different machine with Visual Studio downloaded from Microsoft site, still same problem.

SESSIONNAME       USERNAME                 ID  STATE   TYPE        DEVICE
 services                                    0  Disc
>console           Larry                     1  Active
 7a78855482a04...                        65536  Listen
 rdp-tcp                                 65537  Listen

I am surprised others don't wonder about this strange session.
