Esent error 415.  WinMail (6404) WindowsMail0: The backup has been stopped because it was halted by the client or the connection with the client failed.

I recently started seeing these errors on both of our Citrix servers.  How do I fix it?

Do you have any AV software installed on this server?
Do you have indexing enabled on the server? (Right click on C:\ > properties > general > allowing indexing.....)  If you do, disable indexing for the whole drive
