Search/match move to another sheet

Hi all,
Well I have attached Sample file .
in a sheet=Full, i have the data which i need to move some row to the other sheets, In this way:
1. IF column B (CardNum) value match the value in column C (PinNum) then move the row to Matchs Sheet .
2. IF Column B=Null move the row to Nulls Sheet.
3. After moving, go and count the row in Nulls/Full/Matchs sheets and put the totals in sheet totals in the cells B2:C4 relatively.
