Who do I not see these

When I look in some of my folders I find them cluttered with ntuser files.  Is there a way to keep these file out of site?

netuser.dat files are the parts of the Registry for a specific user.    It is perfectly normal to have several (many) of them.
They are Hidden System Operating files.  So you can hide them by
In Explorer, click Organize in ToolBar|click "Folder and Search Options"|View |check "Hide protected operating system files"|Yes|Apply|OK.

But then all System Operating files will be hidden.
