"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

netuser.dat files are the parts of the Registry for a specific user.    It is perfectly normal to have several (many) of them.
They are Hidden System Operating files.  So you can hide them by
In Explorer, click Organize in ToolBar|click "Folder and Search Options"|View |check "Hide protected operating system files"|Yes|Apply|OK.

But then all System Operating files will be hidden.
