Exchange 2013 Maintenance procedure

When I used to manage Exchange server 2010 environment, and when it comes to maintenance, I had to run some powershell commands to put Server1 in maintenance mode the do maintenance on the server ,reboot it, then do the same thing on  server 2, then after it comes back up, I had to run another command to balance the databases between members of the DAG.

I want to know if Exchange 2013 has similar commands or different, and how to use them?

Thank you

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
