Recreate Witness Directory on the new server

I configured DAG on Exchange server 2013 and added members to a DAG, specified the witness server and witness directory . Everything was working until Unfortunately I had to remove the witness server and reinstall a new one.  I tried to configure a witness directory for the DAG to point to the new witness server, however  it the directory did not get created.

Any work around ?

Thanks

Create folder on new server with same name and at same path, make sure to add your account permission to his folder. Then from Exchange end, try to change path to new server.

I thought may be if I remove Server from DAG then put them back might create the witness folder, but I get error below. I may have to go with powershell.
By the way, I do not see in which case the Non-creation of Witness Folder, will hamper the functioning of Exchange.

error
