Setting SPN for Microsoft Reporting Web Application

I am attempting to get web services to work for the Microsoft Reporting Web Application in asp.net.  For some reason, when I attempt verification when generating reports, I get a 401 Unauthorized error.  After an admin set an SPN for the reporting app, now I can't seem to login to the application at all.  What is wrong with the application or SPN to make this happen?  thanks!

Do you know how did the "admin set an SPN for the reporting app"? Did he/she consider the documentation as noted below?

" If those services run under a different account, the authentication requests will fail. To avoid this problem, be sure to configure all HTTP applications to run under the same account, or consider creating host headers for each application and then creating separate SPNs for each host header. When you configure host headers, DNS changes are required regardless of the Reporting Services configuration."
