i have just been given some HP t5630 thin clients with XPe installed

as soon as the client starts it auto logs on as "user" with limited functionality

can i perform a factory reset?

i have tried tapping the "left shift" on the keyboard but that done nothing

if i log off as user an enter "u - administrator p - administrator" im unable to log on

i just need to change ip address etc...

thanks

To access Administrator logon regardless of the state of the thin client user mode:
While holding down Shift, click Start > Shut Down. Still holding down Shift, from the Shut Down
dialog box, select Log Off, and then click OK.
The screen for Administrator logon is displayed.

^--- Hold shift the whole time....
