Blind link comments are comments where someone posts a link to another site with hardly any comment of his own. A problem with such links is that they can go offline, after which they would be useless, or they can be competing sites which naturally isn't wanted here either.

Typical comments like that are:

"Please read this:

http://www.1234.com"


The other comment was then just a copy paste of the contents of that blind link I deleted. Such copy paste's at least need an attribution to the site it came from, as otherwise it amounts to plagiarism and can also be a copyright violation of that originating site.

Still confused as I didn't copy & paste anything from another site...  I posted my question & attached a screen shot of error message.  Please let me know how this is considered a "Blind Link" so I don't make this mistake in the future?
