SBS2003 Exchange Administrator account sending emails out to user

This server shutdown on us because of a power outage over the weekend
after rebooting it, one of my users keeps getting emails from the administrator@company.com
company.com is our domain.
Anyway it's sending from System Administrator "Undeliverable: Deliver Status Notification (failure) emails every few seconds
I also logged into the email account:
SMTP:Administraotr@company.com and it was also getting tons of emails, I deleted them all and it pretty much stopped getting these emails but my one user is still getting them
