SBS2003 Exchange Administrator account sending emails out to user

This server shutdown on us because of a power outage over the weekend
after rebooting it, one of my users keeps getting emails from the is our domain.
Anyway it's sending from System Administrator "Undeliverable: Deliver Status Notification (failure) emails every few seconds
I also logged into the email account: and it was also getting tons of emails, I deleted them all and it pretty much stopped getting these emails but my one user is still getting them
I'll attach some examples of emails

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
