SBS2003 Exchange Administrator account sending emails out to user

This server shutdown on us because of a power outage over the weekend
after rebooting it, one of my users keeps getting emails from the administrator@company.com
company.com is our domain.
Anyway it's sending from System Administrator "Undeliverable: Deliver Status Notification (failure) emails every few seconds
I also logged into the email account:
SMTP:Administraotr@company.com and it was also getting tons of emails, I deleted them all and it pretty much stopped getting these emails but my one user is still getting them
I'll attach some examples of emails

It is not possible to understand the issue with partial data. Please atach the complete NDR information. You may mask your organization related information before uploading.
