Sharepoint 2010 Search Database issues
Hello,
I think we have an issue with our sharepoint 2010 search database. The database I am referring to is the WSS_Search_namehere. The entire sharepoint server runs fine for 5 mins after server restart or IIS restart, after 5 minutes it comes to a halt. If I disable the SharePoint Foundation Search Refresh timer job than SharePoint will continue to work perfectly fine. As soon as I turn this job back on, when the timer hits for that job (set for 5 mins) the whole site stops working again. When this happens it also causes our TempDB in SQL to grow from a couple MBs to 20 -30 GBs. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this issue?
Thank you
