Hi Kolathaya123

Are you aware that some of this can be done automatically through Windows? and the other section completed with a simple script?

If you are/aren't let me know and ill adjust my answer accordingly for you. just feels like some cash could be saved.

As for the script to delete files older than a specified period of time you will need someone with better coding skills than myself (although a quick google search should fine plenty of examples)

let me know if you have any issues.
