I am using SBS2011 acting also as a RADIUS server.
I need the RADIUS server to provide internal IP address to the VPN clients (they authenticate via the RADIUS)
How/where do I configure the RADIUS to do it?

What is your VPN server? Normally your VPN server hands out the IP addresses. I wouldn't get the RADIUS server involved unless you wanted a specific IP address assigned to a specific user.

The VPN server is handing out the IP addresses from a different IP range, but it cannot provide IP address from the internal address space.

I thought I need it to support a specific application but apparently it is not required so at this point it is merely a point of interest, for just in case.

Thanks,

What you are looking for is the Framed-IP-Address attribute, which tells what the IP address should be or the pool from which to pull an address.
