Hi Experts

I have a subtotal on matrix, the matrix has three groups (County, City, Town), with the last two groups a drill down based upon the first group. My subtotal is on the 2nd group (City)  - I would expect it to to subtotal all the results for city based upon the column values, but it's just returning the first record's value, any ideas>

Give us a screen shot of your SSRS report in design view, and make sure to include the grey-box row headers on the left side, and the row/groups on the bottom.

You have to add Group total for all of your groups. So, It will give you total for all.

I think you added group total row outside the group.
