We have a 2011 SBS Server and using Exchange 2010, we have created a "Room Mailbox" for Conference Rooms 1 and 2. Clients running Office 2010 can attach to the shared calendar easily. Clients running Outlook 2007 cannot.

What am I missing?

Open the mailbox in Outlook 2007, go to the Tools menu, chose Options, Calendar Options, Free/Busy Options and change DEFAULT to REVIEWER permission level and users will be able to open the meeting room calendar in Outlook 2007.

We abandoned doing it this way. Doing something different. I don't know if this solution works or not. Probably does, but it was the only response so he get's the points.

We actually can't OPEN the calendar on a 2007 computer which is what the problem is so not sure how to do his suggestion. Oh well.
Thanks
