RDP: Switch from device calls to user cals

Hi

We had an issue recently where we ran out of Device Cals on our RDP server

As we had issues with our device cals, we got user cals instead, and installed them. We changed the RDP properties to use user cals instead

However, they're not being used. How can we force the use of the user cals now, and not the device cals ? We're going to run out shortly again otherwise !
