false malicious software reporting from chrome

I write educational software that creates exe files that the user installs on there windows computers. If my files are loaded from a cd antivirus software/ programs have no problem with it. However if I try to distribute it via dropbox or a link on my website. Chrome throws a false red flag as it being malicious and so does Norton which is not helpful to buiseness. This is becsause it has no established reputatiotion. Are there filesharing websites that bresolve this issue that I can send links from? How can I best resolve this issue?

It's the way it is now - don't trust anything on the web
Not much you can really do bar putting a notice on your site that the download is safe - I
assume you have the reputation that people will believe you.
