Server Error in '/ecp' Application.

HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.  Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly.

I get the following error when I try to login into Exchange 2013.  I logged in just fine last week. Not sure what changed in the meantime.  At the same time a user who is getting and email with an attachment is being deleted after being in his inbox for a minute at most.  Not sure if it is related.

I figured it out.  IE 11 installed and when I turned on Compatibility View it started working.
