how to configure snmp on Lexmark printer

I go to settings, network then snmp . Snmp v1/2c is enabled and see a place for community name but do not see where to input the get community name, set community name and trap community name. I need to get this done asap.

all I see is

SNMP Version 1,2c Enabled  
Allow SNMP Set  Allow SNMP variables to be set
SNMP Community  
Enable PPM Mib  This will enable the Printer Port Monitor Mib under the community name public.
