I installed the plugin Frontend Uploader, to allow outside user to upload images onto our site.
It has the options for the user to add title/description when they upload it.

is there any way to add the option that they can add their own tags?

These all only allow posts.
Anything that will work with media types only?

I want to allow my users to set up image galleries.
