Is your Windows XP running on SP3?

Could you try to test Outlook Connectivity by CTRL+Right click on Outlook icon (taskbar) and choose Test-Email Auto configuration, select only "Use AutoDiscover"

Yes , my xp is running on sp3. It seesm I have a certificate issue. I'm using KEMP virtual load balancer. If I bypass the load balancer and send traffic directly to CAS server, it works ie I select the pass through option on the load balancer, it works.

XP is out of support and as such is no longer designed to work with exch 2013. there are many issues with it that are not solvable but I suspect yours may be SSL related. XP has trouble with the SSL certs on 2013 and I suspect your loadbalancer is either using its own SSL cert or its not passing the SSL through properly.

have you installed the same cert on the load balancer as is on the exch server?

Is the cert a single or a ucc? Is the fqdn the xp machine is connecting to the 'primary name' or an 'alternative'?

Hi. Made one change in the KEMP load balancer,  in service tab changed service type from HTTP/HTTPS to Generic. XP clients working now.

Thank you all for the efforts.
