Exchange 2007 not delivering mail from att.net using outbound.att.net smtp server, but will from email sent for web.

We are having a very strange issue where att.net emails sent to our exchange server will not be delivered or show up in message tracking. If the person uses web mail it works fine. I have logging turned on on the recieve connector and see the connection and the email come in. It just goes no where. I have all filtering off. Looking for any suggestions here as in which direction to proceed.

I changed my receive connector to not advertise TLS. Still no go.

In the receive connector logs, do you actually see the message delivery complete?
I expect the problem is with the formatting of the messages - webmail is pretty restrictive, whereas a client could be doing all sorts of things with graphics, emoticons etc.

What else is on the server? Anything scanning the traffic that could be blocking the message?

FYI for anyone else having a similar issue with users complaining of not receiving yahoo mail and you happen to run Untangle in your infrastructure. It's something in the intrusion prevention module that is not allowing the message payload through. I turned it off an the receive connector shows message queued for delivery. Hope this helps someone else.
