We are moving mailboxes to a new Exchange 2010 Mailbox server.  If I wanted to restart the Microsoft Exchange Mailbox Replication service do I restart it on the target server or both?

Suddenly we have a lot of mailboxes that are in queue around 30.  Some articles suggests restarting the Microsoft Exchange Mailbox Replication service would help.

What service pack level are the Exchange servers running? If they are both Exchange 2010 SP3 UR2-UR5, I would recommend updating them to Exchange 2010 SP3UR6 as there was a bug that was found in regards to this (which I experienced prior to MSFT speaking up about it): http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2932402

You can either implement the work around in the article, or install Exchange 2010 SP3 Update Rollup 6.
