SYNC Calendars across different Exchange servers

Hello, I have a need to sync two calendars located on two different Exchange servers. One is on Office 365 the other on a self hosted system.

Googling around, I ran into this software ADD2OUTLOOK that looks interesting, but it is PC based. The user with the mailboxes in question is a Mac user.

Any ideas would be appreciated

Thanks for the info and there does look like some potential there. This setup is for one user, so if possible I am thinking more along the line of syncing to some middleware rather than trying to connect the Exchange systems. Like perhaps syncing both Exchange accounts out to the same Google calendar or something along those lines.
